Description

Norfolk Hare — Holding Tight in Cover Crops captures a moment of stillness and alert presence, as the hare sits tight, camouflaged in its shelter. The composition speaks quietly of survival, instinct and tension held just beneath the surface. Created using dry mixed media — graphite, charcoal and PanPastel — the drawing layers soft tonal transitions with expressive mark-making, allowing texture and atmosphere to emerge naturally. At a large scale of 56 × 76 cm, this work invites the viewer into the hare’s intimate world, where watchfulness and vulnerability coexist within the contemporary countryside.

Framed in high quality traditional wooden frame, specially selected to complement and match the drawing.
Fully glassed with UV non-reflective museum quality art glass.
For all Original Art, you will receive a hand signed Certificate of Authenticity from me as well as a printed copy of my artist’s biography and inspiration.

FRAMED –  is professionally framed using the best quality materials possible to complement the art. Carefully chosen by myself and my knowledgeable framer, we work together to select the very best result for your purchase. Using high grade museum quality acid-free backing boards, extra wide mount boards, and quality Art Glass. Framed to the very highest museum standards. Our chosen Art Glass is designed to reduce glare and reflections while also blocking harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. This is to achieve superior visibility for all my framed work, and reveals the truest possible colours and textures of my art – with no green tint or optical distortion. Fully framed has an amazing impact!
