I really hope you love my products, however, if you are not entirely happy, or have changed your mind, please contact me asap to arrange a return.
Email me, [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, state your name, order number, and email address, and I will be in touch asap. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, and in its original packaging. To return your product, please post your item to: DECKLED EDGE LTD, 12 Philip Ave, Swanley Kent BR8 8HG. If shipping any returned items over £20, I recommend sending the unwanted items via recorded delivery as I can't refund any damaged products or lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Any eligible refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
We deliver to the UK. If you are outside of the UK, please proceed with your order, and add your address so we can respond with shipping costs, payment options, and delivery timeframe for you. If you incur any issues or have any questions please email me direct [email protected]

There is a £2.95 fixed rate on all retail orders up until £30 where free shipping begins to apply.
If you happen to make a mistake on your order or wish to cancel it, this can be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods. Simply email me, [email protected] along with your full name and order number to request the cancellation.
